Again, it is physically impossible to make a blue and red bezel using the technique Rolex used to make the blue/black bezel. Painted ceramic is different than what is being done here.

+1 with improviz... Making a bezel with 2 separate "compartiments" would work, but again, this is not the way Rolex manufactures the 116710BLNR blue/black bezel.
