Agree with the idea that if I get a gold watch I want it to look like gold. Otherwise steel and platinum for white metal. I like YG and RG.

Also tried on this but still not quite there on Sky D yet just doesn't do it for me and believe me I have tried! I will say though of all of them this is my favorite version that I have seen in person to date.

But I did pick up my WG Patek 175th Anniversary piece the 5575 World Timer Moonphase and am over the moon over it! Cheers,

That is by far the most amazing dial I have ever seen on a watch, wow. The shape of the case is fantastic too....and I am not referring to either of the rolexes!!!

Gorgeous

If that was true for the whole world (not just a single region), then I suppose in the past 6 years Rolex would have rolled out RG Sub and RG GMT instead of WG Sub and WG GMT. But I hope those missing models are introduced soon. Variety is great, let's put both the Sub and GMT in RG and Pt cases Then it's gold DSSD and gold Exp II time next

BTW, my guesstimate would be 50% YG, 30% WG, 20% RG. I may be very wrong though. What I'm wondering now is how much platinum would account in the long run. Surely the introduction of the Platona boosted platinum sales, but Pt sales numbers should still be very low compared to the other models. I'd guess they sell 1% Pt and 99% rest (SS+TT+gold) in the long run.
