Don't do it - would look wrong, especially with the off-centre pearl.
I agree with previous posters: why try to make a 16613LB look like a 116613LB? Save and upgrade instead of messing your watch up with fake/aftermarket/whatever parts. |

I would stay with OEM but do what looks good. You can always change it back.
