Definitely something with a leather strap. For a classic dress watch, either a Calatrava, Reverso, or my personal choice, the Vacheron Constantin Patrimony.

Something with a white dial would also complement the collection well.

I would suggest the much maligned but gorgeous Patek 5170 (WG or YG). Give you a nice chronograph.
