I love wearing my Rolex, but of course I have to change to keep interest. Right now I like my IWC Pourto, wearing it about half as much as my Pan312. But, when working in the woods, I don my hearty Swiss Army. Still, my next purchase will be a Rolex Explorer II, orange hand. Tough and not blingy.

Next step up would be Grand Seiko which sits above the mostly equal mid-level luxury brands like Rolex, Omega, IWC, Panerai etc.

Then after that you're only gonna be looking up at PP, ALS, FP Journe, JLC, AP, Breguet et al and some boutiques like RM.

Unlike most on here I was never into Rolex. I have owned two over the years and in both cases kept them less than a few weeks. My progression was PP then GP then JLC then RM then IWC then AP with PP AP and RM the persistent mainstays. Greubel Forsey next!

It'll be great to get your feedback and some pics of these on here. I can't recall seeing any other TRF posts regarding these.

I have posted most of my incoming watches over the last 2.5 years in this forum or the AP or PP section. Some of my more special items I have not posted and obviously I only joined here in 2013 so incomings before then haven't been posted.

I love my breitling. Reasonably priced, and worth every penny.

I just acquired this 42mm Calibre de Cartier with in-house movement and I must admit to being rather taken with it - crossover dress/sport model and a nice change from my Subs and Explorer…

For me it was: Rolex -> AP -> Patek -> Richard Mille ->next is Lange

Diversity is the fun part of this sickness for me...
In that case for me it was Rolex, Panerai, Blancpain, Patek and finally AP, and before Rolex I had Breitling, Omega, Tag Hueur and Cartier, but because of comfort issues I now only have Patek and AP, still have a Cartier and Omega but I never wear them, my wife does though, since they were bought in the 80's the sizes are small as was the trend then but too small for me now

I got an AP before I got a Rolex. Then I got a couple pateks, an IWC, and now an FPJ. Next would be Lange and RM for sure
