congratulations. great looking watch. Agreed on the notion that there is no "bottom" with top of the line. Nicely done.

Another shot to better show off the dial.

Very nice. How old is your watch? Do you wear it everyday?

Nice first Rolex and welcome to TRF!
(I say "first" because this site tends to encourage additions! )

It's a couple of years old (just outside of warranty); I have a collection of watches so it doesn't get worn daily but fairly frequently. Wearing mine now as a matter of fact. As I mentioned before I had one and traded in on a SubC which I ended up parting with and getting the 116000 pictured above. My prior one was orange and black. I like the all black better. The other one gets referred to as the Harley 116000 because those are Harley Davidson's colors. Although I have a Harley and a truck in Harley colors I didn't think I really needed the watch as well.

Congrats on opening up pandora's box.

Now all you need is feet well planted on the ground and you'll be fine. I'm still strugling at the age of 40. I remember buying my first Swiss luxury watch at your age. I'll never forget that dizzy surreal feeling.

Enjoy it and wear it in good health. :):):)

Congratulstions on such a beautiful watch! I agree with the others, starting with a Rolex is definitely not starting at the bottom. You've done great!

Ive seen some pics of the orange and black, I probably agree with you that I prefer the one you currently have.

Although the image in my head of your matching Harley, Truck and Watch made me smile I think you made the right choice!

Another tip to avoid scratches is to try and not trip while walking and staring at your beautiful timepiece! Congrats
