Congrats!

I've yet to see this model in person. I too initially loved the chocolate version when I saw it, but I think this new one blows it out of the water.

Not to everyone's taste but if/when I get one I find the RB straps suits it so well

Wow, that is also nice, for the occasional dip in the pool! Could you tell us how the RB strap feels. Like when it gets wet, or it's a hot day... Because it is comparable to the new 116655, but the oysterflex, has the little fins for expansion and contraction. Please feel free to pm, or start a new thread if this is too much here...

And Gain to OP, That is an amazing piece that I first fell in love with Daytona

Sadly I'm not an owner of such a beautiful watch yet!

However I have worn a Sub on Rubber B and can say I was more then happy with the feel had no issues in the summer months, it makes a nice alternative to the oyster band.

Love the choco dial too, but the black dial blew me away on the full RG Daytona so I thought if that was on the ceramic that would be incredible and I think it all worked out well.

I might get one for next summer but don't envision myself sweating much for next 6 months! I like the black leather, feels pretty classy and smooth.

I've considered this beauty too and love it. Went panda instead but haven't shaken the itch completely. How did the strap work? Did the standard one fit? Does it get cut etc. also, NOT that legibility matters with such a beauty, but how do you feel actually telling the time is?

Again, major congrats
Thanks mate, I had to get the smaller strap, which my AD ordered within 2 days, think that will fit 6-7 inch wrists, no cutting like a rubber strap and clasp has 5 adjustments.
