Rolex 5513 possible Military find

So stumbling across estates and multiple auction houses, I stumbled on something that I think might either be a big dud or a huge find.
The 5513 Military sub.
I've done some research and know that the T model sub is unique and right off the bat I can tell the bezel isn't a 5513 mil sub. The hands don't match.
Case does show fixed bars as they used it for NATO straps.

I rolled the dice on this one. Should have it in hand soon.
Serial points to about 1972
Wanted to get the opinion on it from those more seasoned as I've only gotten into the vintage side the last year or so.
Could be a frankenwatch too
