I can't imagine these will really take that long to hit dealers. When they re-released the SeaDweller 4000 while I was living on Guam the AD's had them within a month it seemed, plus Rolex has the tooling set up for other ceramic Daytona bezels already.
Also I didn't think "the list" was still a thing anymore. When I bought my SS/black dial Daytona on Guam in 2014 the AD had 3 black dials and 2 white in stock and on display, previously they had shown me one with a black dial that wasn't put on display as well. |

I expect every AD to handle their own list in their own way but there seems to be a bit of Different priorities as they arise going on.... Ive always liked the restaurant list system where everyone knows exactly where they stand and nobody can ¨jump¨ in front of the rest with clear rules.
I am on the list as well but my AD was very clear on the fact that they will not guarantee anything, take deposits or disclose a price unless they can be clear as to not create false Expectations... I believe this is the reality of where a lot of them stand. Either that or just have a first come-first serve policy and as easy as that. |

Reminds me of some Ferrari dealers.
