RSC will probably replace the pin while you wait. My guess, $20. The side will require much more attention and cannot be done while you read Rolex magazines in their posh waiting area. That, as others have suggested, looks like a laser weld job unless you just want to leave it be or have someone hit it with a buffing wheel to smooth it out? My concern is internal. Watch it carefully for timing issues. Good luck!

Glad to see it's back on your wrist and they check the rest of the watch/bracelet out and were able to send you on your way.
While the visible damage always sucks.. you may get to a point to where you don't even notice it anymore or it may bug you to the point of looking into laser welding or getting the case replaced (which Rolex would probably reccomend?) |
