That's not a bad thing IMO, nothing more dull than a Rolex fan boy. Venture out, try something new, build a collection and i would wager you will own at least one other rolex in the future.
Watch collecting is just that, a horological journey - stunning, good, bad and indifferent. It's not meant to be rolex fan club despite what some may have you beleive |

It's great to follow your heart and buy whatever it is that takes your fancy. Enjoy the experience! Lots of greats watches and brands out there not just Rolex. AM.

If you want something new I would give Tudor a shot since its a sister watch company. Freshen your variety a bit and still stay within the "family."
Panerai would also be a good choice too if you're trying to branch out. |

I think Tudor is a great idea, but I don't see a reason to stay loyal to any brand, if it's not doing it for you.

Maybe take a gander at Omega Speedmasters. The new Co-Axial models are 44.25mm and there are plenty of options. Also the Speedmaster Pro at 42mm is nice.

For myself, I started off with a Rolex and branched out to different brands; AP( had two of them) , Omega( speedmasters twice), Panerai ( currently have one), and Breitling.
As others have said, you'll "find" yourself back to the Rolex "way". Eventually, I simple consolidated some pieces to PM, kept the Pam (233), and picked up a Zenith striking 10th to fill the chrono 'void'.

Nothing Rolex is scratching the itch!
I don't have any brand loyalty issues in the watch world other than Nomos. Great family company, all in house and wonderful value. This one blew my mind when I saw it at an event a few weeks ago.
Also available in a red head if you are in the adventurous side. Have you thought about a Fifty Fathoms? Or a Tudor Pelagos? A two line eta can be picked up on the cheap and easily flipped if you don't take to it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Go check out some AP's in the city. Great selection at the boutique and Wempe when I was up there a couple weeks ago. The Titanium ROC is sweet if you want large.

I quit wearing Rolex for about 5 years. I bounced from panerai, bell & ross, girard perregaux, and clerc. I was trying to just be different. I circled back to a Sea Dweller and kept one Bell & Ross. Happens to a lot of people. Now I'm looking for another Rolex. I will probably never get rid of what I have now because of sentimental value.

Sounds like it time for a....
Vision Quest: Among horological cultures who have this type of rite, it usually consists of a series of ceremonies led by TRF Elders and supported by the forum community. The process includes a complete fast for four days and nights, alone at a sacred site in nature which is chosen by the TRF Elders for this purpose. Some communities have used the same sites for many generations. During this time, the young person prays and cries out to the spirits that they may have a vision, one that will help them find their purpose in life, their role in community, and how they may best serve TRF. Dreams or visions may involve natural symbolism - such as animals or forces of nature or other watch brands - that require interpretation by TRF Elders. After their passage into adulthood, and guided by this experience, the young person may then become an apprentice or student of an adult who has mastered this role...and will hopefully find their horological path.
