Don't force it. If you are interested in platinum, I'd also consider a DD (either the 36, which has really peaked my interest lately, or the 40 - whichever fits / feels better). Otherwise, for a dress watch, if that "suits" you, a platinum Patek would add a new dimension to your already excellent collection! Congrats again on the incomings - tremendous!

Hey, this is a very cool collection. I have seen your threads about what you were considering. Many times when folks here buy Rolexes in multiples, it seems they are shots in the dark for serial flippers. But this is an enviable and well thought out collection! Different metals, different colored dials, a Patek, etc.
Enjoy them all.

What can I say...WOW! The YG Sub is my current grail, I am in love with the Hulk, and the BLRO is to die for! I also see Rolls Royce steering wheel and mentioned a Porsche. You have won the post of the day!

Well done, Bryant, my man! You are so on it right now and I doubt anyone is having as much fun as you are on the forums! Good and brave choice with the rose dial on the Daytona, it's a gorgeous watch and you're covered for black. Love the LVc too, you expedited that buy and I may have to do the same.

Thanks again everyone!! I am getting back to everyone, need to break this up in two posts and respond later
Actually gotta work a little now.. Quote:
Amazing how the time flies in that car… Quote:

Thank you Henry! Quote:
Yes more pictures are coming and hopefullyy a new thread on how I got here. Quote:
Thank you Thomas! Thanks a lot, yes indeed! Thanks a lot … I agree. Quote:
Next up is enjoy a while… I have all the Rolex sport watches I want that are currently available. Next up make be another Patek or Possibly a Richard Mille. But that is going to have to wait a while. I feel good about this right now. I am on the list for a SS SkySweller, but not sure if that will stick, we'll see. Thank you so much Quote:
Seems to be every summer for some reason (past two years). Thank you Lee!! Yes Happy Days Indeed, 1-2-3 o'clock 4 o'clock rock... Quote:
Thank you Quote:
AD had sour grapes finding out I got from another dealer, EVEN though I bought a Hulk and recently bought a YG Sub and SD43!! Come on man… Quote:
But seriously look me up if you are in Sarasota/Bradenton sometime.. Thank you Tony Quote:

I almost never wear a suit and tie except on TV interviews and perhaps my wedding if that ever happens… However, I DO really like the Patek 5270, 5970 and 5153. Perhaps a 5970 or 5270 on platinum (someday)? I will consult the PP forum's wisdom if and when that time comes. Question though… Isn't that a little too dressy for casual wear? I sorta see myself getting an RM055 or RM30 (because they fit better than RM11 and RM27), before a fancy dress watch. But who knows perhaps I'll end up with both. Quote:
I have to admit I have gone through serial flipping "phases" I am hoping to slow that down and keep to a nice 4-5 piece collection and more SLOWLY rotating in new pieces. I finally slowed down with cars and very content with both cars and watches (finally!). Next up ===> Need a new girlfriend… Quote:
Thank you Richie!! |

I can't wait to see what it is!! Quote:
Thanks Neil, I liked rose and black equally. But as you mentioned, I have black covered AND I just got out of a black 116500. The black was too close and I wanted something different. Plus, I love love those sunburst dials - that put it over the top!!! Hulk was one I missed… Any sunburst seems to really move me all things being equal. I felt with the black dial BLRO and that the SD43 was a tad big, the Hulk was the better SS option (for me). And of course the Hulk is a great addition for your if you go that route. I am guessing you have had it at least once? Thanks Danny!! Thanks a lot , I appreciate it! Thank you!! Thanks Bas!! Quote:
But it's hard to be without that green beauty. Quote:
Thanks a lot Thank you Aj Thanks Mike, I appreciate it. Coming from someone with impeccable tastes yourself means a lot. Quote:
haha… Thanks!! Quote:
Thank you Mark! Thank you Kaue Quote:
Those two are probably my two favorites, but love the new Daytona almost equally and it is so sporty and comfy. 5711 is just so classy and I need a white watch. Hulk just the king of Rolex SS's with one of the nicest dials of any watch! Thank you Phil!! Quote:
I posted pics on the rolls a while back… I can get some more. https://www.rolexforums.com/showthre...=511452&page=4 Thank you Jay!! Thanks, yes, one of my favorite shots |
