Much was stolen. Jewelry computers etc. I didn’t elaborate since there are no connections that would help TRF’ers except the Rolexes.

Thanks everyone.

Terrible news Paul. As others have said, material items can be replaced, glad no one was harmed.
Best of luck recovering/replacing evething taken.
Another reason to scrutinize potentially purchasing any watch without B&P.

Rolex Theft by Home Break-in

Thank you everyone. When I get some time to go deeper into the situation I will.

Right now securing home, securing valuables they missed, and replacing computers is top 5 for now.

I will add this - for all of us who have had a vintage watch being repaired for a long time - a blessing is this:
My watchmaker has had my boyhood Omega in for repairs since January (waiting for parts, etc).

It would have been on the winder and lost had he finished it already. That isn’t a high monetary value but major sentimental value.

The Zen of this is only beginning to set it after the adrenaline has worn off...

Our consciousness often does not know what our subconscious wants. We think we want something, but when we get it, we may realize we wanted something else. So, this has reinforced my treasures of family, health and friends like all of you.

The Rolexes were treasures for sure - I was settling down from flipping. But I will treasure that Omega even more so.

Sorry to hear and good that your sentimental favorite was not taken and no one was there to be hurt. Hoping you get them back and recover as quickly as possible from this despicable invasion into your life.

Sure glad that you and your family are physically fine. Terrible loss, but main thing is nobody got hurt in your family. I cannot fathom how those thief feeds their wife/kids from this of money. Waiting for their judgement day. Hope they got their punishment sooner. Praying for you and your family.

I'm so sorry to hear this, Paul. Thankfully nobody was hurt or had to be around for this. My fingers are crossed they recover these watches. Good on you for posting the serial numbers here. If I see anything listed for sale I'll be sure to alert you. Once again though, I'm glad you and your family are ok.
