If budget not a concern then Daytona. If yes, then Explorer. The latter is as versatile as it gets.

Explorer I or II? The II is a great looking watch, but not that dressy.

What about a Milgauss? Polished, and a bit different. Any fans here?

Just got this one in today and it’s pretty sweet. Sounds like it checks all your boxes too

Five digit pepsi's are going off the charts already. I can't see them going much higher but what do I know. The five digit Expll seems like a great buy and I'm sure it will hold its value and go up slighty, either way it seems you can't lose on any model if you buy it right. Versitality and dress you can't go wrong with a DJ 41. Me, I love all of mine including the Milgauss Zblue, it really dresses up and down well.

Agreed! I might go fluted bezel and oyster bracelet, but I like the jubilee as well!

Very nice. I wanted to try one on today, but the AD was out of stock.

I think the dj41 is a perfect combo of dressy and sporty. It may not be the one to hold the best value, but super versatile and classy.

True. The Daytona you will enjoy the look, but the Explorer will spoil you with comfort

Based on all your choices, I like the five digit GMT or the five digit Explorer 2 as the best choice of the bunch. But that’s very subjective.

Those two choices are very versatile and can carry on through a suit to the beach day to the day on the mountain.

Datejust any style/size is good for versatility.
I don't think any numbered bezel sport models go well with a suit.
Not even for Mr. Bond.

Datejust, Explorer, 39mm OP or Tudor Date+Day. Any of these won’t break the bank & looks great with a suit.

Many will do the job, but Datejust is the way to go. Especially with all the available options. You can get very dressy with jubilee and fluted on white or champagne, or sport it up with a blue dial on oyster with smooth bezel. Or any other of the near endless combos.
