Congrats! I have the same one given to me as a very generous 40th gift. I can’t stop looking at mine either.

I went to my local AD and was told there was a wait-list but had a better chance of getting it sooner if I paid for it in full. Paid in full and received the call about 2 months later!!

This is my first official post on TRF and excited to introduce to everyone my new baby.....
A big congrats! Beautiful watch! I am hoping to get a BLNR myself soon. It will be my first Rolex as well. Going to hit my local AD's hoping to get lucky with one in stock, but would happily settle for a 2 month wait like you did! That was really quick! A lot of the threads I've read, people are waiting a year or more. Right now, I'm actually where you were at before, following everyone's purchases (including yours), other research and YouTube vids! I hope to have my own "Incoming" thread soon. Devon's Jeweler's is about 1.5 hours away from me. If I don't find anything closer to me, I might see if they can do the 2 month thing for me as well!

Is that what's happening? A new shipment? I was wondering why there are quite a few people able to get one with very little to no wait. It seems quite a few have been spotted and available in various AD's showcases too.

Yeah - from what I understand, Geneva finally distributed to Rolex NA at the beginning of the month. Then that went to dealers this past week - a ton of SS models, including a few highly desirable ones, came together at the AD I'm closest to. Probably all gone by the end of Sunday lol.
