Even if it’s real,13K for a Hulk is foolish.

From the description of yourself, seems like buying a Rolex online is just about the worst thing you could be doing.

I would be surprised if it is not authentic. Chrono 24 tends to be expensive but authentic. I would call Dallas RSC and ask them if someone could look at the watch just to verify it's pedigree. In the future take a look at the trusted sellers on this site. They stand behind what they sell and their prices are fair, service is outstanding.

I have not contacted the dealer I bought from.

I looked at everything on the outside of watch with a magnifying glass.
It looked flawless to me. I had no way to look at the movement.

I have, after the fact, gone to website reviews of Chrono24.....should have done that before bought. I have no on to blame but me. But, I had the “hots”
For the watch.

Do you have any suggestions?

A few pictures are worth a thousand words. Did you take any of the watch?

I'm 63 and I learned that you have enough things going on in your life that are real cause for concern don't stress the unknown until it's known.
Expect the best outcome until you have to think otherwise.

I wish you the best, and if all is well, enjoy your beautiful new Rolex.

People always talk about chrono24 and Ebay as if they are a store. They are not the seller, they are basically a online classified section used by hundreds of dealers and individuals to advertise and sell watches. Yes, chrono24 (actually probably a separate company linked to them) may for a fee handle the money but they never see the actual watches.

The only feedback of any value is that given for the particular seller offering the watch you are considering.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Perhaps you're feeling severe anxiety due to the Chrono24 acceptance period coming to an end shortly. Perhaps also this was an impulse purchase and buyer's remorse is setting in. The watch is likely authentic unless you're leaving something out about the seller. Just call the RSC, explain your situation and most likely they can move you up. It will probably take them under an hour to authenticate it. Btw, six days shipping to the RSC seems rather slow (?). Anyways, take a deep breath, relax and good luck. Cheers!

Im just guessing but a fake watch would be fraud. That shouldn't have anything to do with a "return period" as that is if you change your mind so why they limit an authenticity guarantee period is strange. Fraud is fraud no matter if you discover it a year later. I assume as long as the statute of limitations has not run out then you can force a return as its a crime.

Lovely sentiment, you're spot on!
Such a refreshing change from some of the cynical, "if you'd done this, and you should have done that" brigade, far to numerous on here sometimes.
You know who you are.

Lilly's Dad, the sellers seem solid. Get that beauty on
your wrist, enjoy, and don't look back.

You're 73, who cares if you paid a little too much for a Hulk - ENJOY the watch. In a month or two what you paid for it won't make any difference. I'm 99% sure the watch is legit. You'll get over any buyers remorse quick enough...

At 13k I'm more inclined to believe OP got ripped off to the tune of 2-3k by a greedy seller vs purchasing an outright fake. If purchased at say 6k, I'd be more worried for him

OP is absolutely right to be nervous. It's a Hulk, the most widely knocked off watch in the world at present. No way I'd buy one online going off a few pics. Can't you contact RSC by phone with your 'time limit' concerns and ask if they've received it and if it's ok? 13K is 13K!

I am sure most of you are aware, but there are really really good fakes. This weekend, my buddy showed me a Submariner Date he bought for $100. He wore it to local AD when servicing his Datejust. The AD complimented the Sub C and my friend said he got it as a gift and didn't think was real. Dealer looked at it with a loop, and said he thought it was real...only way to tell would be to open case back. This was a Rolex dealer. I held the watch...it looked and felt very real. Only issue to me was bezel clicking felt cheap/wrong. Morale of the story...BE CAREFUL.

I can understand where the OP is coming from - first big online purchase, one naturally thinks of the possible bad things, some buyer's remorse, etc. and many participants on this forum think that if they reply to a thread, the OP should respond within minutes because doesn't everyone monitor this board 24/7? LOL

Best of luck, I hope it all works out.

Tell yourself "a fool and his money are soon partying" and you'll feel a lot better.

Other than the higher outlay of cash, it will probably work out just fine.
