For both my SubC and BLNR the AD took the watch behind closed doors to size them. Each time it took probably ~5 minutes. In neither instance did I see any kind of damage inflicted on the watch or removed links.

They take it in back so you're not looking over their shoulder and then they feel self-conscious as you watch them screw it up.

If you're a technical user and have a moderate amount of dexterity then do it yourself. If not, take it to a different AD and trust them to do it right.

Either way. Lets see that REVEAL! Why are you teasing us??

I just called an AD in the city and spoke to the nicest service coordinator. I'm going to meet her tomorrow to size my watch. I'm going to look into buying some jewelry too. Good service=more spending

Enough of the snooty and cranky ADs, how do they expect people to ever return? They can't be selling much with a bad attitude.

My watch is nothing special lol. Just a small woman's watch. Nothing you guys would be interested in. I guess I'll do the "reveal" after the sizing.

My AD has always sized my watch right in front of me and never damaged a watch. In fact, although there are several people there that do sizing, one time they refused to do a band change on a RG Yachtmaster because they didn’t want to damage it trying to work with the oyster flex. Had to wait for the expert jeweler.
