I'm sorry about your loss. Your story reminded me of a friend I had known since seventh grade. We went to the same high school and college. After leaving school we never lost touch, though in the pre-cell/pre-internet dark ages we sometimes only spoke once a year. She left us too soon as well... just recently I thought. After thinking about it I realize it has been over ten years. Holy cow.
