Apart from Vito Corleone, I never saw what the big deal was with Brando's performances. Maybe I'm just not artsy enough.

Dave and I rented that movie about 15 years ago and I still remember how disturbing it was! I think when it comes to "hot" guys, I am really drawn to those who have the persona of being geniunely nice, courageous, smart and decent. Like Atticus Finch... Not troubled and angry like Brando's roles so often were.

Interestingly, Wiki mentions that Brando and Peck famously didn't get along.
