They were intrigued to find out how I was able to obtain my SS BLRO, and told me I should be really lucky I have one.

My AD said they’re seeing about 1 BLRO a month.

Every AD is different.
A Boutique with high traffic will see a lot more than a mom and pop AD. A lot more.

Seems like a lot of the pre-orders have been filled, and there is even some supply beyond pre-orders trickling in. Since Baselworld and the new BLNR, perhaps some of the demand for the BLRO has shifted.

Maybe, maybe not. It's really the same thing with cars. Ferrari for example. Just because you spend a lot of money on their vehicles, does not automatically make you eligible to purchase any model you desire. Actually, for some models you must get approval from them to sell.

One has a better chance at obtaining a Centurion Card with a sustained higher spend, but that's not always a hole-in-one for some folks either....they walk to the beat of their own drum.

They must have plucked that number out of thin air, because he/she sure as hell didn't get it from Rolex.

I am very close with four different AD's, none of them have any info about production, hence supply. Rolex production, hence supply, is a closely guarded secrete. The only thing I can say with certainty, is if you spend a lot of money with an AD, you will receive a Pepsi or a SS Daytona. Many large AD's have many hard to get watches in their safe's, if you want one today, buy a PM Rolex, you'll see how fast a Pepsi or Daytona comes out of the safe.

I had far more pleasant experiences at South Coast Plaza and several others than at Fourtane.

I agree with you Fat_ninja

If I had pockets deep enough to spend $800k on jewelry, ADs would be on MY waiting list

They would call me or text me every few months to try to build a relationship with me, so that when I get the ITCH for a new watch, their name would pop into my head and I would bless them with that call that they’ve been waiting for
