Good - someone noticed my point that my SINGLE watch looks like Mk1 and Mk2 depending on the lighting conditions!

Please post pics of your new BLNR on jubilee and claim your membership! Acquisitions stories also welcome.

My new BLNR126710.,

I just get it 3 weeks ago..... Two months I sold my Deepsea JC (to big for my wrist) I was very sad... And my wife told me, let go to the Rolex AD... She knows very well the family who runs the AD in our country... We enter and I ask for the waiting list for the new BLNR126710... The sales person says well we have a book with 5 pages of names... I think to myself damn this will be imposible... My wife ask for her friend... He came and we start to talk very nice and friendly... He say put your name on that list.. I will give you a call in two months trust me... Inside me I was thinking he is very polite but no chance to get that blnr126710)

Long story short... On July 22 my wife have 3 missing call from an uknow number... She call back and lucky me the call was from the AD... Funny fact the sales person explained to my wife they have the new Rolex GMT Master II black and blue bezel and she says.. Ups that it's not the watch that my husband wants omg ... I pick the phone and I says yes yes yes that's is the watch that I want hahahaha

(sorry for my English it's not my mother language)

These pictures are becoming an issue. This watch didn’t interest me at all, until recently. I think this thread pushed me over the edge.

It's certainly one of the unusual market mechanism contortions I've ever seen.
Try to buy a new G-Wagen AMG right now. It will be MSRP + 10-20% not to mention a 12-18 mo wait. Dealers are having raffles, silent auctions, you can sell your place in line etc. But at least Mercedes let's the dealer enjoy the fruits of scarcity. It's very odd that Rolex is willing to create/sustain such an active grey market.
