In an ideal world, I would take the $10k and buy a Pepsi or Jubilee BLNR, but as we all know, that's impossible. What are some *new* pieces you have in mind either Rolex or other brands which can't be beat? Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Thanks!
Apart from the Pepsi or BLNR, what other watches have you been considering?

Digging up a 1.5 months old thread :) I solved my problem by trading 16570 and 58 plus cash for a new BLRO.

No more watches for me for a while.

If you are committed to buying a Rolex, have you considered a Yachtmaster 116622? Available in a number of colours, it has the smaller case size which you seem to favour. It is also available for around the 10k mark through grey sellers. A YM would also offer some visual diversity to the watches you already have in your collection.

Buy a Tudor Tiger 79260 with silver dial and black subs, it looks like a 6263 Daytona but is 40mm and not the smaller 37mm of the 6263. It will cost you $5k, much more upside than any Submariner or modern Rolex. Then invest the $5k and enjoy your watch rise in value.
