New Day-Date 36mm vs Day-Date 40mm

Hi all,

I am deciding between two Day-Date variants and would appreciate some input.

I have narrowed down to two WG Day-Dates (YG / RG gold appears too loud for my preference), both new models with ceramic inserts and new movement.

Unfortunately I am new here and am having trouble uploading pictures on TRF

This will be my daily wearer in business settings. I am leaning towards the 36mm, being the classic size of reference, however I have some concerns about legibility (WG indices on a silver dial) and a friend mentioned that the 40mm fits better on my wrist and the dial is better proportioned. Has anyone seen the new 36mm Day-Date in WG and Silver dial?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
