The correct WIS answer is “both”. Everyone needs good strap watch and a good bracelet watch. I am concerned with AP service cost and their accuracy standards with their movements. I expect a lot at a certain price point as I still demand them to be accurate little mechanical machines and not just pretty jewelry.

As much as I like the caliber 9001 movement of the SkyDweller, I don't like the way it looks, as it looks like a large Datejust.

I'd have to go with AP for this one. Get something that looks unique, not another watch with an Oyster case.

AP looks sooo cartoonish. We are going to look back 10 years from now and wonder why people paid so much for that style AP. Rolex is a timeless design.
