I actually like it. BUT only if it has an offer with all active differentials low range, good articulation, fording, reasonable trail fixability, and a package with some bigger tires like 34-35" BFG AT/BFG MT would be really cool on this. imho.
It's not a range rover, but i think it will provide pressure on the next iteration of the Full Fat to be better. Ultimately I think it will be down to the product. If it is functionally solid like an old cherokee it will have more impact than some of the impermanently mediocre jeeps models. |

Luxury from non a luxury manufacturer. Could be destined to be Jeep's VW Phaeton.

The SUV segment is moving away since 3-row models are a fraction of their sales volume. But there is an entirely different vehicle segment for those wanting 3 rows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I sure hope the new ones are more reliable than the old ones. I bought one in 1989 and while I really loved it, loved the style, comfort and ride, it was a real lemon!! I was doing relief anesthesia at the time, and I was on the road every week. I owned the Wagoneer for 18 months, it was in the shop 12 times, including being towed in three times. Transmission replaced, wiring harness replaced , A/C condenser replaced after leaking all over the front passenger floor. Just a nightmare! I drove rental cars more than the Wagoneer during the 18 months I owned it.
Interestingly, they have become a classic and restored ones sell for many multiples of the original price. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
