Hello and welcome to the forum. You should be able to get the submariner from an AD with a bit of charm and persistence. The GMT, however, is a different story. I am surprised to hear that there was even a waitlist for a submariner back in 2015. If memory serves they should have been readily available at that time. Also, the red and blue (Pepsi) steel GMT would not be release for another 3 years so Im also surprised you were able to get your name on a list for that as well.
Good luck to you. I’ll echo what other have said and recommend you buy a used sub from a reseller or be ready to put in some time and energy (and perhaps $$) to get it from an AD. |

Basically off the street. I used to pop in every other week for a chat on my way to Les Mills. Been talking to their epic team for maybe a year. The gmt landed mid covid. I nearly passed on it as was concerned about $$$ but I'm glad I jumped.

I'd add id been nagging for a Dayton a initially, no chance, but got lucky when I showed interest in the gmt. I rate the Partridge team. Good folks.
