I had the chance to buy this in 2007 at the AD I passed on it and today I wish I had listened to the SA who told me then that it would go up in value... LOL was i wrong and its beautiful!!! congratulations!!

Thank you! It does take a bit adjusting as the hands can blend into the dial, wish they made them red instead of the second hands, or just black to be more legible but it isn't as bad in person.

That is what I am thinking too, don't want to over polish but might not be a bad idea to remove a few of the scratches before my OCD takes over.

This reference was hotly discussed on the forum years ago ,then disappeared because expensive,discontinued and scarce ....

Congrats! Please resconsider polishing! It will eventually look like that again assuming you plan to wear it! With polishing you're losing gold!

I have the same watch bought new from DavidSW about 5 years ago and I can say it is quite a sight in person. I wear it daily without reservation! Congrats on your purchase and enjoy the view especially in the sunlight outside.
