Is your current favorite Rolex the one you've always wanted?

Some of us have wanted a certain model since we were kids.

If that's you, my question is this - is the model you pined after for years perhaps decades one that you currently own, and if so is it the favorite of your collection?

For me I always thought about the 16610. Saw it on older men's wrists and thought it was awesome. I still think it's the best looking piece despite wishing I was WIS enough to like something less common, and despite the "improvements" on later versions.

Alternatively, anyone always loved a certain watch since they were younger, and then later something else turned out to be your favorite? What was it?
