I turned mine off, too, but I don't ridicule those who don't.

Fair enough! I've been meaning to change it for a while! Thanks for motivating me to do so!

I feel like that’s your fault, unless it’s some sort of assault.

If somebody damaged my watch to the point it needed repairs, while it was on my wrist, I'd be more concerned about my hospital visit than the watch.

Has happened to me on a number of occasions. It's usually my PP watch bezels. The annoying thing is that I paid for both the ring and watches.

In 1986, I was wearing my YG Rolex President, 36mm, white Roman dial while riding my new Harley Softail on a warm day in the winter. A very large dog who was off his leash but with his owner, ran into my front wheel and I went down hard. I was going at least 40MPH when I went down and skidded around 100 feet on the right side of the bike. A few thousand in damage to the Harley plus my back, ankle, knee, chin and left wrist were all shredded a bit. The watch had really bad road rash. I had 3 surgery’s to fix my ruptured disc in my back, a torn ligament in my ankle and some deep tissue damage where my Rolex was embedded into my wrist. I ultimately had to hire an attorney to sue the dog owners insurance company and it took over three years to settle. The watch was merely sent back to Rolex and repaired. It was NOT as good as new when it returned with deep dents in parts of the bracelet and so I eventually sold it.

Nothing that can happen to you, your arm or your watch in coach on an airplane rises to this level so I wouldn’t worry so much.

This thought crossed my mind the other day when I was on a cramped plane and people were throwing around their luggage.

Your joke fell flat. And your previous post read as if a third grader wrote it. You’re just not all that interesting or entertaining.
