Weird the Rolex doesn’t look any bigger than the tudor

Had a GMT in the past and have the Pro now. Love the Pro much more despite its thickness. That's said, the clasp sucks. So I would either get it on a strap or put it on one afterwards like I did.

Looks very nice on your strap! However I have to say that personally I really like the clasp! Its micro adjustment is a pleasure to use. So simple and fast. Clasp size, look and function are great for me!

Can you elaborate on what's wrong with the BB Pro clasp please? I don't own one myself, but I thought it was supposed to be the utopia of clasps for Tudor, somewhat akin to the Glidelock.

I think this is going to be very subjective. I was one of those weird people that was able to find an absolute perfect fit for my BB58 on a bracelet without having any sort of micro adjustments. This was not the case with the Pro. On top of that, the clasp has some very sharp edges which were annoying me to some extent. In the end, putting it on a strap changed the watch completely for me. I went from considering selling it to putting it in my permanent collection.

Take a look at my post above. I can also PM you a link to another post I made on another very famous watch forum (not sure if I can link to another form directly from here) where I detailed my experience with the watch.

But in the end, I would still get it on the bracelet and then put it on a strap if it doesn't work.

Black Bay Pro or Black Bay GMT

I own a 2022 BB GMT now for about a month and wear it daily.

Haven’t had the date issues problem yet.

Love this watch. The only compliant is a bit thick….

No, it can’t compare to sub or gmt master II, but I prefer the vintage looking numbering on the BB GMT over the gmt master II. But than again, if I can afford the older Rolex gmt with aluminum Bezel, the BB GMT will be on the used sale forum lol.

The movement has given me zero problems. I vote BBpro all day.

Just bought one, and this was exactly my reasoning. Have a new BLRO, it’s nice. It’s flashy and i wanted something i can beat on and travel with. I find myself more excited about what Tudor releases than i do with Rolex.

Nonsense. I have a Sub and a DJ41 and I still love wearing my Tudor BB.

Owned the GMT from 2018-2020 and never had any issues with the date.

Traded it in when I picked up my BLNR otherwise I’d probably still have it. The thickness shouldn’t be underestimated, but I think the Pepsi colours add a bit more to your existing collection

Hi, I just purchased the BB GMT Pepsi few months ago, the new released BB pro has great dimensions and clasp. Color wise the Pepsi has more pop. Need some advise here which suits my wrist better?

Absolute twaddle. These watches are tool watches and what Tudor are currently producing is what Rolex 5 series used to be.

I own the ZT (green bezel). I have a post with pics in the "other watches" category calling it the best GMT under 3K bar none. I do agree it's a beautiful watch and a great value, but after a month, I think I'm moving on.

It may seem trivial to most, but the (very) slow roll date change and the stuttering GMT hand when you jump the hour just rub me sour for some reason. I expect more for 3K retail (although it can be had discounted).

Once I get the gumption to sell, I am leaning to one of the models in this thread. Again; I think there is a strong case for the Longines, but I respectfully disagree that it is better than the two Tudors. Perhaps a better value, but not better.

Pro fits better on your wrist IMHO....

If you like the Pepsi better though, that's all that maters.

It pains me a little to admit it, but part of me thinks so.
Apart from the BB58, which remains unique in its diameter and thickness.

Otherwise, I would go for the BB GMT for its style, the warmth it gives off, the classic GMT codes.
The BB pro has the new Tudor buckle for it.
I had 2 and the BB GMT was my preference without hesitation!

Bb pro.

No true justification. I just like it more aesthetically.

The pro looks like a 4 digit, built like a tank and will outperform all but the latest and previous explorer ii s on every metric. Great watch. Was way more exciting than anything Rolex released at the same time.

That being said GMT. it does look *quite similar to your explorer ii.

Honestly, I'd sell the Explorer and get a Rolex GMT master II. Whichever one you like and fits your budget.
