I prefer the BLNR. Have passed on BLRO multiple times.

Speaking personally I wouldn't trade a 116710BLNR for a 126710BLRO even if the $4k was going the other way (i.e. to me) in the deal! Not in a million years.

Yeah, those issues are completely exaggerated online, imo. I own three of the new 12 series movements (Sub 41, BLNR and a DJ) all are very consistent and well within COSC. The only difference I have noticed is my 12 series lose either 1 or 2 seconds a day while my 11 series gain a couple seconds a day. No issues, at all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Easy decision, I much prefer the BLRO over the Batman.

I adore the Pepsi, while I like the Batman. One I love and the other like. So, for me, it’s an absolute no-brainer and I make that trade all day long with a huge smile. They are both gorgeous watches, however, and you won’t go wrong.

I did the exact trade, even though sometimes I still miss the Batman and get the itch to have another one I’m very happy with the BLRO as I enjoy the pop of color from it.
I say you make the trade but try to negotiate the fee, I f you end up not liking it that much you can always swap back to the BLNR and not loose money.

I definitely would not unless the BLRO owner was adding $4,000 on their end.
You have a discontinued classic configuration and my personal opinion is that it will become quite hard to get in mint condition in several years time. I would personally hold on to it/enjoy it. |

Is the BLNR on oyster or jubilee bracelet? Given you are getting an upgraded movement with the warranty, I'd say it is a fair trade. I love my Batman on jubilee and I think it is more versatile than the Pepsi as it is both sporty and dressy, whereas the Pepsi is primarily sporty - but I've never even seen the Pepsi in the wild so don't take my word for it. Good luck!

Doesn’t his watch have the potential 32XX movement issue? I would not do the trade especially with 4K added. That’s crazy IMO.

The trade is in line with the market price differential. You can do better than paying full market difference though.

4K for basically the same watch and just a different bezel I hard to swallow for me even if that reflects the market.

Update. Got the money involved at 2k. Curious to see what you guys think now? Thanks. I know what I’m going to do. I’m just curious what my other WIS think of this deal.

Yes, 2k is a fair deal, especially if you want the pepsi. Do it.

Careful now…I’m also located in San Diego, and am in pursuit of a BLNR to complete my SS “holy trinity”, haha!
