Dj looks “better” to me. More of a classic cohesive design. But i prefer the more interesting sporty design of the daytona.

The question wasn’t which would you rather pick. Question was which looks better..

I am a big DJ fan but sorry no contest, WG Daytona with and blue dial and red accents FTW! The pic does not do it any justice.

With these, I love that Datejust, just never fell in love with the metal bezel Daytonas.
I am surprised that more people are not voting for the Daytona.

Me too. Never been a fan of the chrono dial except for the Paul Newman design which is now Tudor making it.
The DJ is pure beauty.

I'm not really much of a Daytona guy, the Speedmaster will always be my favorite chronograph. So the Datejust 41 wins for me here easily.

I voted for the DJ and with my vote I made it 125 to 124 in favour of the DJ.

This is a very closely run poll.

Crazy to see this tied at 138/138 with my vote (for the DJ). In the pic you posted, the DJ is just the better looking watch. That said, they represent two totally different categories and it's a bit like asking which looks better: tennis shoes or loafers.

I had to vote DJ41. That's a real beauty! It's has a cleaner look, easier to read and most important for me it has a date function. Just more style with the DJ.

DJ 143/ Daytona 140 at this point.

The Daytona in general is ugly. This one is particularly nasty. Blue has always suited the DJ.

The only time I would consider any modern Daytona would be to flip it. It would never touch my wrist.

I voted Daytona. I am surprised by the results. Thought the Daytona would run away with it. The Blue with pops or red, beautiful.

I voted Daytona on this one after handling one in person.
The DJ is gorgeous in that configuration though.

Perhaps that isn’t the best photo of the Daytona?
Here’s one I took from about 6 years ago.
The warmth of the gold was incredible.

Granted, it takes a split second longer to tell the time, but I would still choose Daytona.

Looks like I cast a tying vote for now….

Never have liked the Jubilee even though they are supremely comfortable.

So... which one looks better

The Datejust is more elegant, and more legible. Also, I’m a sucker for a fluted bezel. I, of course, would get the 36 mm version.

In some other world where both were the same value and picking solely on looks......I would definitely vote DJ. It's the classic Rolex style with modern touches. I'm a big fan of the classic style Jubilee bracelet and fluted bezel, plus I really love the blue sunburst stick dial! Date complication is always a useful feature for me.

Wow, I just put in my vote after my last post and it's exactly 50/50 with 169 votes for each! Lol! I'm a bit surprised as I thought that the Daytona would be way way ahead. The WG Daytona is truly a beautiful piece. I love that one too!
