Great news! Hopefully next time you fully inspect the watch before doing the purchase. Prices are going down and think should not be difficult to find a truly mint piece for less than what you paid.

Agree with others here about avoiding this dealer in the future. It seems they knowingly misrepresented the condition of the watch when they sold it to you.

forget about the warranty, you were buying a new/unworn watch and apparently the watch is damaged in some ways. return it and dont do business with the seller again. i doubt the seller didn't notice all these before selling you the watch for outrageous premium
