I wpuöd love an option with a blue bezel insert but in SS instead of WG.
Also wouod like the possibility to buy oysterflex / clasp as an accessory for existing subs (all previous models) |

16610-style, 40mm, chamfered case
Navy blue maxi dial Maxi hands Navy blue insert, prefer aluminium, would accept ceramic but with a more recessed pearl Modern 20mm bracelet with SELs and glidelock clasp Watch perfection for me! Won't happen :(

Next gen Sub wish list
It’s already fairly 16610 style with glide lock, ceramic, AR coating, 32 series movement. Seriously, what actual improvements does anyone expect? Anything else will be tinkering.

Just an updated 14060. It's that simple.

I think it's already a pretty complete package. Improved movement reliability and longer movement service intervals are always good things, as would tinkering with the steel so that it is more resistant to dings, impact damage, and scratches. Ongoing improvements to Chromalight is also always welcome should improved technology in that arena become available.
I would welcome Rolex including a screwdriver and Loctite with every watch, but I don't see that happening. |

Another vote for 16610 proportions with the clasp from the 116610 and all the modern upgrades.

I really dig the current proportions. I would lobby for a few movement enhancements, bring back the Smurf and Hulk, less text, include an Oysterflex with an attached clasp and a robust quick change system - like a cam and rod kinda deal. I would volunteer a kidney for a blue on blue SS situation.

I agree with better scratch resistance, but I think this is the greatest Sub ever and that’s why I bought it.
As for the movement, maybe I’m lucky but I’ve had no issues in fact consistently runs at -.5 seconds a day. I’ll take it! |
