Sprite. Colors on modern Pepsi are not as they should be. The red is too maroon. If it’s a Pepsi I’d go 5 digit. That’s what I did and VTNR coming this summer.

Have both - but wear the VTNR far more - but I'm a righty-wearer.

If an AD will actually sell you a BLRO, then buy it immediately.

BLRO over VTNR.
Prefer the taste of Sprite over Pepsi. Yes, I’m a connoisseur of steel and ceramic flavour. |

The 5 digit BLRO never appealed to me, the red and blue are much too bold. |

It's great to see so much love for the VTNR in this thread for a change - it's always disappointing to me when I see people talking with such utter contempt for it, when it's literally just a green GMT Master, lol. I can't wear watches on my left wrist, so the LHD GMT feels like it was made for me :) One of, if not the favourite watch in my collection Perhaps I'm slightly biased, but history tells us quirky, widely divisive Rolexes tend to end up being the most collectable. Such is often the case in many other brands too. It would be my choice, personally. |

I think VTNR is very historically important GMT and a unique approach by Rolex in their rather conservative approach
I would choose that watch even though it would get a moment to get used to the crown on the left side Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've got Vtnr on jubilee and it's a fantastic watch. I bought it , as many others, because A. It was offered to me and B. Because it's a quirky GMT Master 2. Why not?
Since I took the plunge I've fallen in love with it. I think it's the type of watch you need to live with for a bit to come around on, much like my explorer 36, but that period doesn't last long and now I get to enjoy one of the most genuinely fun pieces in the entire rolex catelog. Hell you can even feel like a contrarian for wearing it! A year on its my most worn stainless steel professional rolex. I'm also looking to add a Pepsi as it's iconic and I'd like to wear it. If you're asking which is rarer? Well, they've been making the Pepsi for how many decades.....? |
