The sun's out, so I thought I'd wear one of my summer watches. Along with my Summer Edition and, to a degree, RG44, I tend to wear these when the weather is brighter and they really shine.

By the way, I park the chrono hand at about 7secs past as I think it looks nice, balancing the dial design and not competing visually with the AP logo. For me this is the classic AP.

Looks lovely Chris! Getting ready to make my plunge into the 41mm RG RO space - hoping the 15500OR/OR has the heft we know and love of the 44RG.

Thanks Eric, much appreciated!

Are you getting your 15500OR on strap or bracelet? On strap it's noticeably lighter than the RG44. On bracelet it will be rather heavier, of course. At one point I contemplated upgrading my 26331 to a full bracelet but decided not to for three reasons: 1) cost(!), 2) it makes the watch much more hi-viz (although it would look amazing!) and importantly 3) without any micro adjustment for me a watch of that weight on bracelet just isn't practical, as it won't be comfortable to wear in differing temperatures.

Absolutely!

Have my sights set on the bracelet model - buy once, cry once and can always add straps as time goes on. I am curious how it's going to fit with regards to adjustment especially since I'll most likely be sizing it myself with everything shut down.

I still think your 26331 would look absolutely amazing on the RG bracelet as well ...!

Has the bezel face been refinished? I ask because from the pic it looks like the hexagon screws are sitting proud rather than slightly sunken.

You can’t refinish the ceramic in any way, not even AP can do it.

Thanks Ash. It must be an illusion, but to me it looks like the screw at 4 o'clock in particular is proud rather than recessed.
