I understand how it works but my point is that the C24 prices and most of the dealer listing prices are a joke.

It is also a significant price drop as I'm pretty certain that Grey's were paying over 20K a couple months ago.

Well known greys always have and always will lowball you. The only reason he's making an offer at all is because it's a BLRO.
