Technically you can have the orange fit. You would need to shave the rubber on the sides where it meets the case as its the same width down but once its at the case it gets wider between case lugs. If you don’t do it slowly and smoothly, you will have a jagged edge or overcut it & will have gaps.

No it does not. 5650G Advanced research is same as 5164 at 40mm, 5168 is 42mm and why it and the 5968 are interchangeable.

And I would not attempt shaving rubber straps, that will not end well. You can send me the ~$300 instead if you like.

Love it on the Orange strap but prefer black on the 5164. Maybe a sign to get both lol

I originally wanted to buy a FT1 but they bastardized the prodcuton vehicle...same for the z4. I like the 8 series but its too big for me.
