I used to be a Palm Treo user. I might have switched to the iPhone (because it's a neat looking gadget), but from everything I have read AT&T coverage sucks. Most dropped calls of any major carrier. When the BB Storm came out, I went with that, in part because I've been a Verizon customer forever. I liked the Storm 1 but it had its drawbacks. When BB came out with the Storm 2 (9550), I snapped it up and have been happy as a pig in **** since then. It's got plenty of memory, plus a 2G card which gives me enough space for all the apps that I need or want. Contrary to what some others have said, web access is very good - faster than my partner's iPhone.

The only thing I don't like is that Verizon sold out to Mircothief and made Bing the default search engine for their wireless service. Bing is about the worst search engine in existence. So I just go to Google and use it. Not a big deal - just one more tap and it gets me there.

Maybe if Verizon ever gets a future generation iPhone I might consider it. But it's got to go some to beat the Storm 2.

I've heard good things about the Storm 2. Great you're enjoying it! I'm just tired of T-Mobile always being behind as far as new phones. They now have the HTC HD2 but I'm not a Windows fan on mobile devices (been there done that). Just ready for a change. Maybe I'd have considered the Storm 2 if T-Mobile offered it.
