None of the above. Anytime I'm participating in athletics or doing something physical my G-shock goes on duty.

I put my watch on when I leave the house for work or social activities. I don't sleep with, shower, or exercise with it on.

never off. not for nothing. pretty much why i bought a sub. wanted a watch that could always be on. only time it does come off is if i'm trying some night stand regulation on it (runs a tiny bit slow on wrist unfortunately and I'm a stickler for accuracy).

I sleep and shower with mine but I take it off before the gym or cycling. Does anyone keep wear theirs while at the beach? I imagine it would be hard to get all the grit and sand out.

I've historically worn my GMT at all times over the past 43 years, except when doing work that might cause damage like heavy car repair or yard work, water skiing, etc. Always wore it at night and in the shower but lately have been taking it off at night to regulate (runs a tad slow)--and I don't remove it during workouts. The first 20 years or so of ownership I wasn't as conscientious about removing it, and that caused the original bezel ring to pop off when working in the yard. I found it a few years later and since then I've used more discretion about when I wear it.
The Daytona is only two weeks old to me and it will lead a more pampered lifestyle since it's in mint shape and I'd like to keep it that way, but I take it into the shower, too. An old watchmaker once told me showering with the watch was a good bonding experience--or, really, that it would help keep the watch clean in the nooks and crannies of the bracelet and under the bezel. The Daytona stays off at night, too (runs a tad fast). |

I wear mine all the time be it work , shower , sleep but only place I don't wear it at is the gym as I mainly train with weights and I'm worried that the weights might damage the watch as with my previous encounter with a citizen lol

I like to have my arms/wrists totally free when I am at home, at rest ... I only wear watches when I step out of the house. Otherwise the watch feels like a weight on my shoulders...

I've done all those except working out but don't like sleeping in a watch at all. Really don't see the point in that. But to each his own. |

Well, I don't like exercising with a watch.
But I was told that a mechanic watch and severe temperature changes where very bad. Because the metal parts inside expand en shrink, and may get deformed after doing so regularly. I'm not sure about it, but that's why I take of my watch before taking a shower. |

Mine does not come off my wrist. I shower with it on & make sure that I rinse the soap off, that's all.
