Any Datejust. If you want to get a bit less sporty, add a dark colored croc/gator strap. And, if you want a bit more sporty, consider the TOG's, too.

That white dial w/romans is a great choice.

Whenever I decide to wear my DJ II, I always put a suit on to fit the attire.
I always choose my watch and then the clothes. I wonder how many do this as well.

Personally, if we are talking Rolex, a Cellini, DD, or DJ would be acceptable to me. Anything sportier or larger on someone with a suit makes the person look like troglodyte to me...
