it came on and original riveted bracelet and i've fitted it with a new 93150/580 and glidelock clasp

Wow, great photos. It shows the features of the 1680 very well. For now, I will just gaze at the RedSub Club, but I hope to add one to the collection at some point....

Beautiful Puffy! Congrats on this find and thanks for posting here! Where in the world did this watch live before you purchased?

Can you show a pic of the clasp on it?

This case is no good...

I wish I was wrong about this one. The papers were probably made up for this case as well...

Refer to my thread in the watch out section with some of the obvious observations. See below:

Hello!
I`m very sad if my watch have been considered as a fake and my message marked with RED without more opinions.
If after the Oficial Service my watch will result fake, myself tell you it and you will put a red flag over my name.
Thank you.

Very nicely done Mario, you took the info with great aplomb.
Once you have word from RSC can you return the watch to the seller
for refund?

I mean no disrespect to you. Please also note an RSC is not also the best of sources to authenticate vintage pieces.

I will wait for what you hear back from the RSC.

There are number of free resources to you. Unfortunately, not many TRF members have chimed in the Watchout Section for comment. If you would allow me, I would gladly post your serial picture in another forum for comment.

Thanks...
