Wow. Tough call to narrow it down to two watches. This is what I would choose:
Current collection: Datejust 116231 Submariner 114060 Grail collection: Day-Date 118238 Submariner 114060 I think the it would be easier to choose an Ultimate Trio collection as I would have loved to been able to add in my BLNR.
