Wow. Tough call to narrow it down to two watches. This is what I would choose:

Current collection:

Datejust 116231
Submariner 114060

Grail collection:

I think the it would be easier to choose an Ultimate Trio collection as I would have loved to been able to add in my BLNR.

The way I see it, a YG and WG Day Date pair (with luminous markers) can accomplish anything withing my normal life ...
