Looks good to me, you could easily wear an Explorer II or DSSD though. I've often thought my 40mm Rolex also might look a bit small on my wrist. Probably going DSSD next.

That Daytona fits you well. It's definitely not too small. It goes around your wrist, not your elbow.

Remember that this forum errs heavily on the side of huge. Guys with 6" wrists are told every day that their Deepsea looks great on them.

Part of the problem is that when watch geeks look at photos on a watch forum, it's the watch that's the center of attention. In real life that's not how a watch should wear.

I think it is a good size. I know a lot of people are writing in saying it looks too small. But that is because the watch trend for most people is to have over sized watches. But in the world of fashion, that is a trend. You want something that is forever classic and will look good whether you are 25 or 65. Follow your gut. If you don't LOVE it when looking at it on your wrist, don't buy it. Once you put on the perfect watch, you will know, it is instantaneous, like finding your wife, haha.

Awesome feedback everyone. I do like my Daytona and it is comfortable. I am car guy so it has a special affinity for me. I also have a Deep Sea coming in today! The Ying and Yang of the Rolex sport watch world!

seriously, the watch looks great. I've seen plenty of guys wearing oversized watches which simply do not look good / borderline stupid (the watches that is...). Wear it and enjoy!

It's neither big nor small on you. It fits! Can you wear a bigger watch - of course you can but so what! The Daytona is a great looking sports chronograph that can take a lot of beating as a daily wearer. If for some reason you feel the need to gravitate towards a larger sports chronograph you could step up to a 42mm VC Overseas Chrono or a 42/44mm AP. Sometimes you gotta know when to hold on to a good thing
