Am I the only one who has ants in the pants once I decide to pull the trigger and would make time no matter what to send the money off for my watch?

I think this is the most important factor and the ONLY reason I think the seller over reacted. Andy bought a couple watches already with no problem what so ever. If I was the seller who established a relationship with a honest client, I would have definitely figured that something must have happened.

Having been on both sides of the issue I offer my (humble () opinion. It is only that as others surely have different views. Buying and selling on the Internet or other than face-to-face has many hazards.when you buy you never know if you will get the goods or if they are as advertised. When you sell you never know if you will get the money and if you get it whether the buyer will stop payment or complain for some made up reason. For those reasons there is anxiety on both parts of the transaction. That anxiety is only heightened when the other party does not live up to a verbal commitment that it offered. I have had deals go astray from both sides but fortunately only a very few and none have cost me more than I could afford at that time.
All that being said I surely believe the moderator over reacted in banning Andy.at this point I would suggest that Andy Contact the moderator with a sincere apology for his subsequent reaction to the banning. While it may not restore Andy to his good graces it certainly would be a recognition and expected behavior over reaction on his part.

I think the seller over reacted.

Few people did that to me already. Nothing to piss about.

Just read this thread.

I've dealt with Andy and he is legit and a stand up guy. I find it baffling that empathy was not displayed by the seller, but communication could have been better.

Hope it works out.
