No, the perceived difference in magnification is due to different angles, distances or depending on if the watch is under water or not.

I was just thinking the same thing, which is part of the reason I wanted to do something about it other than complaining.

The buyer has promised to contact me first if he ever decides to sell it. I simply couldn't justify getting the 116619LB while keeping the 116613LB, in fact I probably would not have been able to get it at all, so it had to go. The way I see it the 116619 is an upgrade, not a replacement.
