lets not kid ourselves here. Solid gold blro wins over SS daytona. White gold is just beautiful and feels amazing.

I havent been fortunate enough to see the ceramic daytona in the flesh but did see and try on the BLRO. I have to say it was stunning. I also loved the heavy, weighty feel in my hand. The only thing i wasn't keen on was the 'blue' appeared somewhat more 'purple' to me in some light compared to the pepsi but I think that's just because its ceramic (although the BLNR blue is blue blue compared to it interestingly). I also liked the fact it is gold without shouting 'gold' in yellow form.

The daytona though is a great piece. Not for me personally as I find chronos too busy and prefer clean lines but it's a great investment.

Two very different pieces.

My personal opinion, having considered both, I chose the blro. Very happy with my choice.

I’m a big BLRO fan. It’s my grail watch, but the 16710 and not the new WG/ceramic model. I’d get the new ceramic Daytona over the new GMT, but an older GMT over the Daytona.
