Not trying to be disrespectful at all, and I Love this forum BECAUSE of the encouragement, excitement, freedom of expression, different opinions etc....
But that post just simply fits under two different categories (IMO)
A. Fairly offensive
B. The stereotypical person with the big gold Rolex.

Ok no worries ... But how did I offend? Who did I offend? By saying MFers? It's like ladies saying bitches...look, you took it the wrong way ...I was having fun.

Btw, the 116618LB is a FU watch IMHO. That's what it is. It's not really a gent's watch. I'm just being myself, being playful. Just relax. Happy Sunday to you and yours.

Do you also happen to own a JLC Master Ultra Thin Perpetual that got broken during an attempted mugging? I think I saw a film about you.

Go by Rolex dealer. Take a picture of the watch on your wrist. Keep it handy. It’ll happen

Dream job is a sports agent, which I just retired from at the age of 46. My dream watches are my LVc and my BLNR, which is why I own them, but that can change at any moment. When it does, I'll move onto that.

Current Job: Airline Training Captain.

Current watch: Mostly a 116710LN but I have too many other 5 digit GMT’s and wear a DJ2 mostly on my days off when I’m not flying. Next watch, hopefully the CHNR but I’m trying to hold off until the next significant event in my life.

I'm lucky to have my dream job - plastic surgeon, dream watch - Daytona 116508, dream car - Porsche 911 and Corvette C7 Grand Sport and dream family - wonderful wife and two great sons. And some dream poodles - red standard and white toy, too!

This country has been wonderful to me and my family. If you would have asked my teenage immigrant parents getting off the boat in NYC what they hope for their children, those dreams have more than come true.

The only thing I ever dreamed of with respect to work was flying. I am fortunate enough to be doing it professionally.
I don't dream about watches but the watch I've always wanted most was a submariner until I learned more and it then became the GMT. Again, grateful as well that I've been fortunate to have both. That said, although I don't dream about it, I do desire the Patek 5139 with a white face and white gold case. No matter how well my investments might do I'll never spend that much on a watch but one could say that's my dream watch.

I have a couple friends in your dream job, but I don't think they can afford your dream watches.
