I'll try and put it another way.

If I had to be a one-watch guy, the BLNR would be the one I'd keep.

If I had to lose one of the two from the my collection, the BLNR would go.


I currently own both as my two Rolex’s and I can totally relate to this. With a suit the SD43 is a bit large (I have 7.5 wrist). But it looks better on the wrist when I am looking at it than the BLNR. But, the BLNR looks much better in a suit. I wear a suit 5 days a week...

Weekends...SD43 all day

Having recently done so, my advice would be to first try it on and see how it hugs your wrist. Being used to my Hulk and Batman's fit, I found the SD43 annoyingly high, heavy and with a lot of room between the curve of my wrist and the caseback. So much so, that I returned the SD43 and opted for a SkyDweller instead (which fits very similar to the GMT).
