The DJ with he silver dial and the green romans. It’s the best all rounder. Sporty and dressy. One on my favourite DJs. I love with the fluted bezel as well.

It's the grey matt dial, unique dial because of the green roman.

Choosing between this white OP39 and DJ41 Slate Green Roman. Realise, that black dial will be too dark for me.

The explorer is by far more versatile, has substantially more history than OP and better lume.

Explorer has black dial. After 3 fittings I realise that I don't want dark watch.

The OP white dial is a great choice in my opinion, was struggling between this and the Exp, I went home with Exp because I prefer the oyster safety clasp and the more balanced lume.
The datejust green Roman is really elegant and looks great, however the 9 o’clock Lumed marker spoiled the dial IMO

Absolutely. I wear the rhodium 114300 with casual wear regularly and it never looks out of place. For wear with a suit, it's the clear winner over the Explorer.

Truthfully I like the Explorer with the lumed numerals and the Mercedes hand. The OP is a very, very close second. In black it's the Exp for me.

OP39. I think the design will age better because it has a simpler more classic look. Because it is also more of a neutral look it will always look sharp in a wider variety of circumstances, suited up and dressed down (casual).

I really think you should go for the white dial OP. It seems you do too based on your previous post.

I can't be of assistance, I narrowed my search down to the 214300 and the Explorer and left with an Air King!

214270. I wear very classic suits (blue and gray) most every weekday and the EX1 was my very first Rolex for many of the same reasons. I’ve since purchased several other watches, mostly Rolex and have worn other sports watches with a suit, but personally, I still think the 214270 is a perfect watch to wear with a suit, or shorts, or jeans, or whatever else. It’s a beautifully proportioned and very comfortable watch.
